About: A monkey faunus and the leader of the team SNNN(N) who spent a long time in Prismatica before going back home straight into a desert and grew as a person a little while traveling in Vacuo. However, he can still be a little naive, boyish and reckless cause you can't take that out of a guy. But he can be more serious and duty bound than before. He's a good guy who loves a catte girl. Blake describes him as "earnest", which is very fitting. During Prismatica he started dating Blake who is also started dating Yang and they're happy with the arrangement.

Sun's Canon Powers

Weapon: Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang

Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang are dark red weapons with gold detailing that have two different forms: a bō staff and two pairs of gold-chain-linked lever-action shotguns, a form in which they also double as nunchaku.

Staff

The staff form appears to be quite strong and durable and is used primarily for defense.

Nunchaku-Shotgun

In its 'Nunchaku/Shotgun' form, the barrels retract partially into the grip. It can be fired whilst being swung at an enemy, re-chambering with momentum while also being able to deflect attacks. The shotguns are shown to fire Dust rounds.

Aura

Aura is the manifestation of one's soul in RWBY and can be used for a wide range of abilities. The specific abilities and their strengths differ from individual to individual and are dependent on a number of factors, such as experience, training and innate skill.

It is predominantly used for protection from harm. Some people develop an active power called a Semblance.

Semblance: Via Sun

Sun's Semblance, Via Sun, allows him to create and control glowing yellow clones of himself. He needs to remain still and concentrate while using his Semblance. His clones are tangible enough to interact with people and objects and even have enough strength to pin an opponent or lift heavy objects.

Over-use of his Semblance can be taxing on his Aura.

Sun's Semblance works as an extension of his own consciousness, in which he can sense and feel what his clones do as well. As a result, he is susceptible to mental attacks through his clones.
